$/kg (or $/L for liquid diets).  Any single diet ordered and prepared at one time at 125-249
kg quantities will receive a 5% discount from the 50-124 kg  price, quantities of 250-499 kg
will receive a 10% discount from the 50-124 kg price, and quantities of 500 kg or greater
will receive a 15% discount from the 50-124 kg price.  Orders exceeding 1000 kg will
receive a 20% discount from the base price.  All prices are F.O.B. Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18017.
